The questions every buyer asks

What counts as a "site"?
A permitted facility under a single physical address. A landfill is one site. A transfer station co-located on the same parcel counts as a second site. A hauling depot without a permit is not counted. If you have a borderline case, we'll size it honestly on the demo.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice. Annual plans run twelve months. Most operators go annual after setup since the discount covers the second month.
What if we grow into the next tier?
You move up when you add the site, prorated to the day. No re-onboarding. The data stays where it is.
Why is setup a separate fee?
Because the work is real. We populate the register against the actual issuing agency, not your spreadsheet's last guess. Doing that right takes four to six weeks of someone's time. Pricing it as a line item keeps the monthly honest and the setup scoped.
Does setup cover adding sites and local city/county regulations?
Yes, both are scoped into the one-time setup fee. We onboard every permitted site you run as part of the same engagement, not as a string of change orders. And local rules count: the city and county reg sets for the sites in scope are loaded alongside the state DEQ packs, included in setup. Add a site after you're live and we bring it in and prorate the subscription to the day.
Do you offer trials?
No trial in the SaaS sense. The demo is a working walkthrough on a sample multi-site operator (10 to 25 facilities), and the setup engagement starts with a scoping call where we tell you if the fit is wrong. We'd rather lose the deal at the call than at month four.
